It is possible that variant names contain a scope without display or sort scope topic. Some times such a decision may be justifiable. However, editing such topics with Wandora is difficult as Wandora's topic editing panels, Traditional topic panel mainly, doesn't view variant names without display and sort scope. Thus, it may be necessary to add a display or sort scope topic to variant names. Wandora features an '''Topics > Variant names > Add missing display scope''' and '''Topics > Variant names > Add missing sort scope''' options that add missing scope topic to selected topics or topic map.
