Some of you know how use wandora to extract data from IMDb?

I read "IMDB extractor"

and "Database topic map"
http://www.wandora.org/wandora/wiki/ind ... _topic_map

but don't understand.
I know nothing about database.

I download all "IMDB datafiles" but what to do with them?
How create a Database?
