Tool asks new subject identifier and adds it to the context topic(s). If context contains multiple topics, adding the given subject identifier to the context topics causes immediate merge. If given subject identifier already exists in the topic map, Wandora consults the user if addition was intentional. Adding existing subject identifier to the topic map results also topic merge. Merge is real if topics locate in same layer or virtual if topics locate separate layers.
