SelectTopicWithClipboard

Selects cells in focused topic table. Tools assumes user has copied topic identifiers such as base names, subject identifiers and subject locators to the clipboard and selects only cells with given identifiers. Clipboard text should contain newline character as a separator between idenfiers.
