MP3 ID3v1 and ID3v2 extractor

Selecting File > Extract > Extract ID3V[12] from MP3s starts Wandora's MP3 extractor. As the name states Wandora is capable to transform ID3v1 and ID3v2 metadata to topics and associations. Wandora uses jid3lib reading metadata out of MP3s.
