RIS extractor

Wandora has support for extracting information from files and web sources ni RIS format. The parser is fairly robust and can ignore text around and between individual entries. Most RIS of the standard tags are supported, and also some extra information can be searched for in miscellaneous tags such as Digital object identifiers.
