Add missing display scope to variant names

It is possible that variant name scope contains no display or sort scope topic. Some times such a decision may be justifiable. However, editing such topics in Wandora is difficult as Wandora's topic editing panels, mainly Traditional topic panel doesn't view variant names without display or sort scope. Thus, it may be necessary to add a display or sort scope topic to variant names. To cope these editing difficulties Wandora features Topics > Variant names > Add missing display scope and Topics > Variant names > Add missing sort scope options that add missing scope topic to selected topics or topic map.
