Gene Ontology Annotation file import

Gene Ontology Annotation file format (GOA) is a simple database table format with limited number of information columns. Gene Ontology Annotation files are used to store gene annotations employing Gene Ontology vocabulary.

Wandora's Gene Ontology Annotation file import reads GO annotation file and converts it to a topic map. Import starts with menu option File > Import > GOA Import.... Gene Ontology Annotation import was designed to work together with topic map conversion of gene ontology created with Wandora's OBO import.
