Creates a base name for context topics. Base name is constructed with topic's subject identifier's file and anchor. If topic has multiple subject identifiers tool picks file name and anchor from first identifier. If topic already contains a base name tool has no effect. If you want to change the existing base name you have to first remove the old base name. Base name is removed with Remove base name....
