D3 browser service module

The D3 browser service module provides a graph visualization of the selected topic and its associations in Wandora. The module is part of Wandora's embedded HTTP server. It is based on open source Javascript visualization library D3.js. The service module's alias is d3browser and is accessed at

http://127.0.0.1:8898/d3browser

Other topics are browsed by clicking on topics shown in the visualization. This also updates the browser location hash with the current SI to facilitate back and forward navigation as well as linking to set topics.

The next screen capture shows a d3browser visualization of the default topics in Wandora.
